a. The ordered goods will be delivered within a maximum of 2 working days throughout the Czech Republic, provided the items are in stock and the chosen delivery method is via courier or a Packeta pickup point. Courier and Packeta delivery are FREE of charge. For cash on delivery payments, an additional fee of €2 including VAT applies.
b. The seller is obligated to fulfill the buyer’s order and deliver the goods within 5 working days from the date the goods are received from the supplier or manufacturer.
c. The buyer is required to collect the goods at the location specified in the order confirmation provided by the seller. If there is a delivery delay on the part of the seller, the seller has the right to unilaterally extend the delivery period, even repeatedly, and will issue a confirmation to the buyer. If the buyer fails to collect the goods within 14 days from the date they were made available, the seller reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and sell the goods to a third party. In such a case, the seller will refund any advance payment made by the buyer.
d. Upon delivery, the buyer must immediately check the shipment for any damage to the packaging. If the packaging is visibly damaged, the buyer is required to report it to the carrier and inspect the contents in the carrier's presence. In the case of product damage, a damage report must be completed and signed by both the buyer and the carrier. Based on this report, the seller will provide a suitable remedy: repair of the defect, a discount, or, in the case of irreparable defects, a replacement product.
e. If the seller fails to deliver the goods within 5 working days of the confirmed delivery date, the buyer has the right to cancel the confirmed order. If the buyer has paid in advance, the seller will refund the payment by bank transfer to the account specified by the buyer within 3 working days of receiving the written cancellation notice.
