Privacy Policy
By entering into the Agreement and/or registering a user account, the Buyer grants consent to the Seller, MV Consult, s.r.o., with its registered office at Trenčianska 724/44, 018 51 Nová Dubnica, Company ID: 44296801, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the District Court (IČ DPH: SK2022647308), to process personal data under the following conditions.
The personal data will be processed to the following extent:
a) full name,
b) residential address,
c) delivery address,
d) phone number,
e) email address,
f) gender,
g) bank account number,
h) purchase history in the Store.
These personal data will be processed for the following purposes: offering products and services, marketing and advertising activities, maintaining the user account and customer databases, as well as fulfilling concluded purchase agreements, including delivery of goods, issuing invoices, handling related communication, and potentially sending business communications (newsletters), all in connection with the operation of the online Store. The personal data are stored in a secure database. The Seller undertakes to implement the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the processed personal data. The data are processed both manually (by internal staff and processors) and automatically (also by staff and processors). The Seller undertakes to process all personal data obtained from the Buyer in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended, and to use such data solely for internal purposes related to fulfilling obligations under the Agreement and evaluating the operation, functionality, and financial performance of the website—except where disclosure of personal data is required by law, a decision of a competent public authority, or the Buyer has granted consent for the sending of business communications (including newsletters). Consent to the processing of personal data is granted for an indefinite period. The Buyer has the right to revoke this consent at any time by notifying the Seller electronically via email or in writing to the Seller’s address. The Buyer has the right to supplement, update, correct personal data, temporarily or permanently withdraw consent to its processing, or request deletion of personal data if the data are incomplete, outdated, incorrect, obtained unlawfully, or no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. The Buyer also has the right to object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes or the sending of business communications (including newsletters). The Buyer confirms that the personal data provided are complete and correct and acknowledges that providing such data is voluntary. However, some personal data are necessary for the performance of the Agreement concluded with the Buyer.
