If you use the packaging in which your order was delivered, please remove the old label with the address details. Seal the packaging properly and for the purpose of return. If you are returning multiple products, you can put them in one shipment. For larger shipments, it is necessary to stick a different (additional) return label on each of them and submit each separately.

Personal returns are not possible at this address. Please send the package within 90 days of receiving the goods. Do not send the package cash on delivery. Such a shipment will not be accepted. Download the order return form. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
a. The Seller is entitled to withdraw from the confirmed order if the given goods are no longer manufactured or supplied, or if the price from the goods supplier has significantly changed. The Seller will immediately inform the Buyer about this fact and refund the Buyer the purchase price already paid for the goods as agreed in the confirmed order.
b. The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from the confirmed order without giving any reason at any time before the shipment of the order by means of email, SMS, or telephone call, without any penalty. If the Buyer has paid for the goods in advance, the Seller will refund the purchase price via bank transfer to the Buyer's account designated by the Buyer within 3 business days of receiving the withdrawal from the contract. In case the Buyer received a gift voucher or any other promotional gifts related to the purchase, these must be returned together with the returned goods.
c. The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason in accordance with the provisions of § 7 and following of Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection in Distance Selling (hereinafter referred to as the “Consumer Protection Act in Distance Selling”) within 90 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
d. When withdrawing from the purchase contract according to the previous point, the following procedure must be observed:
If the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, you may return them and we will refund your money. In the case of returning the entire order, we will also refund the shipping cost if it was charged in the original order. Returned goods will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt.
Returned goods must show no signs of wear and tear and must be in their original packaging with all manufacturer labels intact.
